Short version: we only collect your email to tell you about I am EU. No cookies, no tracking, no selling your data. Grandma would not approve.

Who is responsible for your data

What we collect and why

• Your email address, when you join the list, to send you news about I am EU: new content, the shop opening and new products.
• The date and proof of your consent, so we can show that you asked to join.

Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email or by writing to us.

Who processes it for us

• Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France) stores the list and sends the emails. Data stays in the EU.
• Netlify, Inc. (USA) hosts this website and processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the pages. Transfers outside the EU are covered by the safeguards required by the GDPR, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

We never sell or rent your data.

Cookies

This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no external fonts or trackers.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe. After that we delete your email within 30 days, keeping only what is needed to respect your unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. Write to Ave@IamEU.eu. You can also file a complaint with your data protection authority; in Italy that is the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
